Managing Director - Loan & Participation Trading at D.A. Davidson & Co.

D.L. Auxier has extensive experience in the financial services industry, with expertise in structured products and loan trading. They started their career at Ernst & Young as a Partner in the Financial Services Group, where they provided consulting services for global clients in structured products and municipal offerings. During this time, they also had responsibilities in recruiting, mentoring, and remaining a subject matter expert in securitization. Afterwards, they worked at FTN Financial as a Senior Vice President, leading the Asset Strategies department in the whole loan trading group and developing loan portfolio sales strategies for community depositories. They also authored a monthly research article and presented at conferences. Later, they joined Morgan Keegan as a Managing Director in Structured Products Origination, focusing on origination and execution of various structured transactions such as ABS, housing, CMBS, CTLs, and whole loan transactions. Currently, they are the Managing Director of Loan & Participation Trading at D.A. Davidson Companies.

D.L. Auxier obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from The University of Memphis, completing the program from 1980 to 1983. In June 1986, they obtained a certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
