Jackie Beauprez

Jackie Beauprez is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer of D.A. Davidson Companies, responsible for the firm’s legal and compliance departments. She rejoined the firm in 2017 after spending five years with Raymond James, where she served as Vice President, Chief Regulatory Officer and prior to that as Vice President, Director of Regulatory Affairs. In those capacities she was the primary contact for regulatory agencies, including the Federal Reserve Board, FINRA, the SEC, the CFTC, the IRS, and state securities regulators. She also assisted with the integration of the Morgan Keegan business into Raymond James.

During Jackie’s previous tenure with D.A. Davidson, she served as FICM’s Compliance Officer and as D.A. Davidson’s Associate General Counsel, and was instrumental in a number of important matters not only within FICM but across the entire firm. Prior to that, she was Chief Compliance Officer with Kirkpatrick Pettis and worked as Associate Vice President, Associate Legal Counsel & Compliance Department for Fiserv Correspondent Services, Inc. Jackie graduated from the University of Colorado and Marquette University Law School.
