John Decker

John Decker is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and financial services. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at D.A. Davidson Companies since July 2016, John also holds the position of Co-Director of Nebraska Branches. Prior to this role, John was the President and CEO of SMITH HAYES Financial Services from February 2013 to July 2016, following a tenure as Executive Vice President at the same firm from May 2008 to December 2011. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
