Josh Perina is a seasoned project management professional currently serving as a Project Manager at Williams Realty & Building Co since December 2023. Previously, Josh held the position of Assistant Project Manager at Barringer Construction from May 2019 to August 2022, and began their career at Shelco, LLC, where from 2010 to 2018, Josh worked as a Field Engineer/Estimator. Josh possesses extensive experience in preparing bids, request for proposals, and negotiating price proposals, managing project magnitudes ranging from $100K to over $50MM. Additionally, expertise includes performing comprehensive take-offs and estimates for various construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and tenant improvements within the North Carolina market.
