Raul J. Cotilla

A licensed professional engineer in New York and New Jersey and a licensed professional planner in New Jersey, Raul J. Cotilla, P.E. serves as D&B’s Director of Civil Engineering. His experience encompasses over four decades of civil/site design and project management in the fields of land use planning, real estate development and municipal engineering, which has included residential, industrial and commercial development; downtown redevelopment and smart growth; roadway improvements; and stormwater management systems. He remains an active participant in the engineering community and is currently a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers.
