Paul Schaeffer

Paul Schaeffer is the Owner/Operator of D-BAT Ball Ground, a premier baseball and softball training facility in North Georgia, established in August 2025. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles in sales, including Director of Channel Sales at Dayforce and HCM Unlocked, Sales Director of Major Accounts at Phenom, and Senior Private Equity Sales Executive at Paycor, among others. With extensive experience in human resource and capital management, as well as expertise in large account management, Paul has a strong track record of meeting sales quotas and developing high-performing teams. Educational background includes attendance at East Carolina University from 2003 to 2004.
