Alec Caton

Alec Caton is a seasoned professional in the film and television industry with extensive experience in camera operations and UAV cinematography. Since 2012, Alec has been the owner and camera operator at IronBird Aerial Cinematography, specializing in remote multi-rotor UAV filming for various media sectors. Previous roles include Company Director at BBC and BBC approved UAV Operator, as well as camera operator and assistant positions for notable productions such as Nickelodeon's "House of Anubis" and Lime Pictures' "Hollyoaks." Alec holds a BA in Photographic and Film/Video Technology from the University of Plymouth and has a background in media technology, having worked as an AV technician prior to entering the film industry.
