James Armold

James Armold has a range of experience in the sports industry. James began their career as an Account Executive, Season Ticket Sales at D.C. United in March 2012. James then worked their way up within the company, holding positions such as Manager, Group Ticket Sales, Senior Manager, Ticket Sales & Service, and Director, Ticket Sales & Service. In November 2019, they were promoted to Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service, and later became the Senior Vice President in March 2022. Prior to their time at D.C. United, they also worked as a New Business Account Executive at Fort Lauderdale Strikers from January 2011 to February 2012.

James Armold earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Recreation Management from James Madison University, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. James later pursued a Master of Science degree in Sport and Recreation Leadership from the same university, from 2009 to 2010.
