Max Thaler's work experience begins in 2019 with various roles at the Danbury Ice Arena, including Zamboni Driver, Front Desk Staff, Learn to Skate Hockey Coach, and Arena Assistant/Skate Guard. In 2019, they also worked as a Game Presentation Assistant and Assistant Equipment Manager for the Danbury Hat Tricks. In 2021, Max worked as a Guest Experience Ambassador at TD Garden and as an Associate Producer at WEBN-TV Boston. Max also interned at Wooster School's Athletic Department and served as a Summer Camp Counselor at Summer at Wooster in 2021. In 2022, Max worked as a Guest Service Ambassador for the Baltimore Ravens and as part of the Caps Crew for game presentation at the Washington Capitals. In 2023, they became an Operations/Communications Assistant for the Danbury Hat Tricks, responsible for creating graphics, live-tweeting during games, and managing merchandise orders.
Max Thaler attended Wooster School from 2017 to 2021 and obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies. Following their high school education, Max enrolled at Emerson College in 2021 and pursued a field of study in Journalism and Sports Communication. After one year at Emerson, Max transferred to the University of Maryland in 2022. Max is currently working towards earning a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, which is expected to be completed in 2025.
