Pragnya Acharya is an accomplished Talent Development Manager at D. E. Shaw India Private Limited since July 2021, specializing in technical and domain up-skilling across all business units. With expertise in designing leadership development initiatives using innovative pedagogical methods, Pragnya collaborates with HC Leadership to enhance employee satisfaction and has successfully managed vendor relationships for learning delivery. Previously, as India Lead for Organizational Development & Learning at NICE Ltd, Pragnya implemented global strategies and improved training processes, while at Siemens Gamesa, over 60,000 hours of behavioral training were executed during a critical organizational transition. Pragnya holds a PhD in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management and has held academic positions at Xavier Institute of Management and the Institute Of Public Enterprise.
