Sudhir M V S is an experienced professional currently serving as HC Global Analytics & Reporting Manager at D. E. Shaw India Private Limited since November 2019, having progressed through roles as Senior Specialist and Specialist in the same domain. Prior to this, Sudhir held the position of Assistant Manager HR at Larsen & Toubro for a brief period, and also represented India as a Youth Delegate at the 5th BRICS Youth Summit in 2019. Sudhir earned an MBA with a focus on Human Resource Management as a Gold Medalist from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, where Sudhir also contributed as an Executive Member of the Corporate Relations & Placement Committee. Earlier experience includes an HR internship at Samsung Electronics and a role as a System Engineer at Infosys. Sudhir is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Programming from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, following a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Silicon Institute of Technology.
