Mike Laor

Mike Laor is an accomplished finance executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at D-Fend Solutions since August 2023. Laor is also a member of the General Assembly and Audit Committee of the Branco Weiss Institute, as well as a Board Member on the Audit Committee at המסלקה הפנסיונית Swiftness since 2015. Previously, Laor held significant positions including Finance Leader at Medtronic from May 2020 to August 2023, CFO at Ness Technologies from 2013 to 2019, and CFO at Motorola Solutions from 2009 to 2013. Laor holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Accounting and Economics, both from Tel Aviv University.
