Terry Loo

Terry Loo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as MD APAC at D-Fend Solutions since September 2025, Terry is focused on market development and team building in the CUAS industry. Previously, Terry held the role of General Manager, Region Head APAC SVP at Ceragon Networks, where responsibilities included bridging the digital divide through high-capacity wireless connectivity. A long tenure at Cellebrite saw Terry progress through various leadership positions, including VP Business Growth, overseeing hyper-growth strategies, and managing sales for mobile forensic technologies across the APAC region. Terry has also held senior roles at IMS-Symphony, Inova Venture Pte Ltd, and MGP Networks, as well as earlier positions at Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. Terry holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, specializing in International Finance and Operations Management from the National University of Singapore.
