Josh Owens

Josh Owens has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Josh started their career in 2003 as a Project Manager at Centex Construction, where they were responsible for day-to-day operations and grew the healthcare vertical in the RDU area. In 2006, they joined Balfour Beatty Construction as a Project Manager. Josh then joined D.H. Griffin Construction Co., LLC in 2008 and held various roles including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Director, and currently Vice President. In their role as Project Manager at D.H. Griffin, they led projects totaling over $120 million in k-12 and institutional work.

Josh Owens attended Salem High School from 1995 to 1998. Josh then pursued their undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech from 1998 to 2002, majoring in Building Construction & Business Leadership.
