Kaoutar Ghanane has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. KAOUTAR began their career in 2014 as a Management Trainee at CDG Capital. KAOUTAR then worked as a Management Intern at Menara Holding in 2015. In 2016, they joined Groupe COSUMAR as a Management Trainee and Moora Development as a Sales Marketing Executive. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Manager at UniVenture. KAOUTAR then moved on to ML Components GmbH as an International Business Developer in 2018 and McDonald's as a Customer Service Specialist in 2019. In 2021, they served as a Tutor of International Programs Management at Università di Pavia and Marketing and International Affairs Manager at D-Heart. Currently, they work at Strena Medical as a Regional Sales Manager.
Kaoutar Ghanane has a strong educational background in business and economics. In 2011, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Université Abdelmalek Essaâdi. KAOUTAR then pursued further studies and earned a Master's degree in Supply Chain and Strategic Management from the same university in 2016.
In 2017, Kaoutar continued their educational journey by enrolling in Università di Pavia, where they completed a Master's degree in International Business and Economics the following year. KAOUTAR extended their studies by attending the University of Tübingen in 2018, where they obtained a Master's degree in European Management in 2019.
Their academic pursuits culminated in their enrollment at Università degli Studi di Bergamo in 2019, where they are currently working towards a Ph.D. in Applied Economics and Management. Kaoutar is expected to complete their doctorate in 2022.
In addition to their formal education, Kaoutar Ghanane has also obtained certification from the Entrepreneurial Academy Courses offered by EC2U, a prestigious European campus and online city university network. KAOUTAR received this certification in March 2022.

It allows anyone to perform a hospital-level ECG in total autonomy and to send the results to the 24/7 tele-cardiology service or to your trusted doctor.D-Heart biomedical start-up was founded in 2015 thanks to the work of NicolòBriante and Niccolò Maurizi, at the time two young students in the interdisciplinary environment of the Almo Collegio Borromeo of Pavia. Maurizi, a young doctor researcher in cardiology at the University of Florence,When he was sixteen, Maurizi was hit by a myocardial infraction. He decided to became a doctor and transform his problem into an opportunity. Thanks to the help and business expertise of his roommate, Briante, they created D-Heart, the first smartphone ECG device that combines the usability required by the patient and reliability of the ECG wanted by the doctor.
