Karim Hussein

Karim is responsible for the execution of their corporate strategy and is responsible for marketing and business development. Prior to D-Kimia, Karim was Senior Vice President of Products and Engineering at WebMD, Inc, the leading US healthcare information provider. Previously, Karim was co-founder and CTO of Riskclick, Inc., a software firm specializing in commercial insurance applications. Before Riskclick, Karim was a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton where he was a member of the Global e-Commerce team in London and New York.

Dr. Hussein received his Doctor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT, and his BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Karim is also an investor in a range of startups in the healthcare and technology fields. He currently serves on the boards of Konnecti and Integreight.
