Fleur Phelipeau

Fleur Phelipeau has a strong background in founding and leading companies in the health and beauty industry. In 2009, they worked as a Project Manager at L'Oréal before moving on to start their own ventures. In 2010, they founded D-LAB Nutricosmetics, where they developed environmentally friendly and powerful beauty formulas sold in 10 countries through 500 retailers. In 2012, they founded Claude Aphrodisiacs, and in 2019, they founded Birdie Nutrition. Currently, Fleur serves as the Founder and CEO of D-LAB Industry, a green factory producing natural and clean food supplements.

Fleur Phelipeau received their Maîtrise de Finance degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in the years 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued their Grande Ecole degree in Business at HEC Paris from 2006 to 2009.
