Matthias Gehring is an accomplished professional in the tourism and digital commerce sectors, currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at D-Marin since September 2021. Prior to this role, Matthias held the position of Managing Director at TLT Urlaubsreisen GmbH from February 2020 to August 2021 and had a long tenure at TUI from June 2006 to August 2021, where Matthias advanced from Director of Digital Commerce & Own Retail to various leadership roles including Chief Digital Officer and Director/Vice President of Product Management for multiple divisions. Matthias began the career at 1-2-FLY GmbH, where significant roles included Touristic Controlling Manager and several positions in product management and pricing. Matthias holds a Dipl.-Kfm. (FH) degree in Tourism Management from Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven and completed an executive program at IMD in 2016.
