Dave Lawson

Dave Lawson is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in various sectors, including technology and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at d-Matrix, Lawson has held senior positions at notable companies such as Samsung Semiconductor US, where Lawson was the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, and Marvell Technology as the Global Talent Partner following its acquisition of Inphi Corporation. Prior to this, Lawson led global talent acquisition efforts at Inphi Corporation and worked as a Senior Staffing Consultant for Polaris Industries, focusing on off-road vehicles and electric brands. Lawson holds a BA in Social Science from UC Irvine, earned between 1988 and 1992.
