Ilya Soloveychik has held various roles in the field of engineering and research since 2011. Ilya began their career as a Software Developer at BrightSource Industries Israel (formerly Luz2) in 2011. Ilya then moved to Elbit Systems Ltd as a Research Consultant in 2014. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at both Harvard University and Caltech. In 2018, they began working as a Quantitative Researcher at Engineers Gate. In 2019, they moved to Teza Technologies in the same role. In 2020, they took on the role of Assistant Professor at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Ilya is currently employed as a Principal Engineer at d-Matrix.
Ilya Soloveychik obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Mathematics from the same university between 2010 and 2012. Ilya also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Physics and Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) between 2003 and 2007.
