Sayeh Sharify

Sayeh Sharify has a long and varied work experience in the field of machine learning. Sayeh began their career in 2013 as a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto. In 2018, they completed an internship as a Machine Learning Engineer at Intel Corporation. From 2019-2021, they held various roles, including Co-Founder at Tartan AI, Postgraduate Affiliate at Vector Institute, Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Qualcomm, and Staff Machine Learning Research Engineer at Cerebras Systems. Currently, they are a Principal Machine Learning Research Scientist at d-Matrix.

Sayeh Sharify obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Engineering form the Sharif University of Technology in 2009-2013. Sayeh then went on to pursue a Master of Applied Science (MASc) in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto from 2013-2015. Finally, Sayeh Sharify completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto in 2015-2020.
