Carlos Par currently serves as a Business Analyst in Planning and Development at Banco CHN since August 2023, focusing on projection models and monthly commercial results analysis. Previously, Carlos held the position of Project Coordinator at Alimentos Maravilla, S.A. from October 2021 to July 2023, overseeing budgets and project development. Prior roles include Chief Process Engineer at Grupo HPB, responsible for process improvement, and Supply Planning Manager at TAG Airlines. Carlos initiated a career in administrative assistance at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala and gained experience in telemarketing at Royal Stars GT. Carlos holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
