Jan Scharnetzky

Jan Scharnetzky is a Senior Consultant at D ONE – Data Driven Value Creation since October 2021, previously holding the position of Consultant. Prior to this role, Jan worked as a Forscher (Postdoc) at ETH Zürich from December 2020 to September 2021, where responsibilities included supervising Master and Bachelor projects and organizing lectures. Jan's earlier experience includes serving as a volunteer in the education sector with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH from September 2009 to September 2010. Jan's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Physics from ETH Zürich (2015-2020), a Master's degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from ETH Zürich (2010-2015), and a thesis in Physics/Chemistry completed at McGill University in 2013.
