Francesco Esposito

Francesco Esposito is a Payload System Engineer at D-Orbit since May 2022, responsible for managing the full integration process of customer payloads onto the satellite platform, serving as the primary technical contact throughout the mission. Previously, as a Customer Acquisition Space System Engineer, Francesco collaborated with the sales team to identify tailored solutions for payload integration, conducting assessments, power budgets, and preliminary mission analyses. Francesco gained early experience as a Space Engineer Intern at Thales Alenia Space, focusing on the development and testing of a fractal-based interpolator for SAR image processing during a master's degree internship. Educationally, Francesco holds a Laurea triennale and is pursuing a Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Aerospaziale from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
