Gemma Saura Carretero

Gemma Saura Carretero is a Senior Systems Engineer at D-Orbit, leading the Systems Engineering for various projects. Prior to their current role, Gemma worked at Viasat Inc. as a Senior Systems Design Engineer and Systems Integration Engineer, where Gemma provided orbital simulations, interference analysis, and led test activities. Gemma also has experience at Avanti Communications Group plc as a Regulatory and Space Development Engineer and Graduate Engineer, where Gemma was involved in various projects related to space technologies and business development. Gemma holds a MSc in Astronautics and Space Engineering from Cranfield University and a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
