Heather Passe

Heather Passe, PE, has served the aerospace industry as a mechanical engineer since 2004, specializing in the design, analysis, building, and integration of satellite payloads. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Engineer in Advanced Programs at Roccor, LLC, and as a Mechanical Engineer with VP Solutions LLC, collaborating with clients such as Shreve Research, Inc. and LASP. Heather's extensive experience includes significant contributions at LASP, where they focused on mechanical design, vibrations, and test facility implementation. Currently, they are the Director of Integration & Test at D-Orbit USA, a subsidiary of D-Orbit based in Italy. Heather earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
