Ed Morgan

Ed Morgan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries. Currently serving as Division CFO and Division Controller at D.R. Horton since October 2022, responsibilities include business planning, team management, financial analysis, and GAAP accounting for America's largest home builder. Prior roles include President of the Tahoe Mountain Resorts Foundation, Chief Financial Officer at United Construction Company, Chief Operating Officer at Taylor Builders, and VP, Corporate Controller at Crescent Real Estate LLC. Morgan's career began as a Revenue Auditor at Vail Resorts and an Account Executive at Saatchi & Saatchi. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Colgate University and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Nevada, Reno.
