Kristyn Ramsey

Kristyn Ramsey has over 20 years of work experience in the learning and development field. Kristyn is currently a Senior Director of Learning and Development at D.R. Horton, where they lead the Learning and Development team for the property management division of the Build-To-Rent platform. Prior to this, they worked at Lincoln Property Company as a National Manager and Regional Director of Learning and Talent Development, where they implemented and oversaw national and regional level programs for employees. Kristyn also has experience as a Leasing Manager, where they supervised leasing and marketing efforts and implemented targeted outreach and marketing plans.

Kristyn Ramsey obtained their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Texas State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Lake Highlands High School from 1990 to 1993.
