Lynn Smith

Lynn Smith is an experienced professional in human resources and office management with a diverse background in both corporate and self-employed roles. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at D.R. Horton since July 2020, Lynn has also held positions including Human Resources Coordinator/Admin Assistant at the same company. Lynn’s entrepreneurial experience includes serving as CEO/CFO and Personal Assistant in a self-employed capacity since April 2013 and functioning as a Virtual Office Manager since February 2014. Previous roles include Senior Director at Succeed Real Estate, Executive Assistant to the CEO at both Succeed Real Estate and Keller Williams Realty, as well as Client Success Manager at Record Grabber, LLC. Lynn Smith holds an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Vincennes University and is a graduate of Ben Davis High School.
