Paul J. Romanowski

Mr. Romanowski is Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer of D.R. Horton, positions he has held since October 2021. Mr. Romanowski served as a Region President overseeing the Company’s homebuilding operations in Florida from 2014 to 2021 and also over five Mid-Atlantic states from 2019 to 2021. From 1999 to 2014, he served as the Division President of the Company’s South Florida Division. Prior to 1999, he worked for Metrostudy and in land acquisition for another public homebuilder. Mr. Romanowski graduated from Butler University in 1992 with a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing.
