Stacy Murphy is an experienced purchasing professional with a career spanning over two decades in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as the Director of Purchasing at DR Horton since August 2005, Stacy manages a team of over 20 professionals within the Dallas division and has a proven track record in corporate operations management across 27 states. Previous roles include Purchasing/Operations Manager at Richmond American Homes and Purchasing Agent - Assistant Purchasing Manager at Gehan Homes, where responsibilities encompassed vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget development. Beginning the career as a Purchasing Agent at Sotherby Homes, Stacy also holds education from Parkland College.
