Tim Colbert has extensive experience in operations and financial management, currently serving as Division President at D.R. Horton since October 2015, where previous roles included City Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to D.R. Horton, Tim held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Las Vegas 51s and served as Assistant to the City Manager for the City of North Las Vegas, providing financial direction to leadership. Tim's earlier experience includes roles at PulteGroup, where responsibilities spanned from Director of Operations to Vice President of Finance, overseeing significant revenue generation and operations for master-planned communities. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
