Julie Zeltser has over 10 years of experience in retail management, including roles at Anthropologie, Indochino, Bird Brooklyn, Rent The Runway, Ephemeral Tattoo, and currently, D.S. & DURGA. Julie has demonstrated excellence in operations management, retail strategy, and customer service, working to create a comprehensive customer journey in their various roles. Julie has lead teams of managers and directors and is highly skilled at working cross-functionally with other department heads to achieve company goals. Julie'sexperience has provided opportunities for team mentoring, hiring, onboarding and training, as well as extensive experience with store operations, brand management, and marketing. In their current role at D.S. & DURGA, they are responsible for managing all retail sales and operations for the company.

Julie Zeltser has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Southern Connecticut State University.
