Saurav Sinha, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in transportation and geotechnical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at HVJ Associates® since February 2024, Saurav has held key positions such as Director of Transportation and Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Geotex Engineering, LLC from July 2022 to February 2024.
