Victoria Horan Goliber is currently the Global Head of Technical Advising at D-Wave, where Victoria leads a team of technical advisors and training staff to support users and customers in building quantum applications. Prior to their current role, Victoria worked at the Air Force Research Laboratory as a Senior Mathematician and Research Scientist, focusing on quantum applications and research projects. Victoria has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University and SUNY Polytechnic Institute, teaching courses in mathematics. Victoria holds a Master's degree in CS/Machine Learning from Georgia Institute of Technology and a PhD in Mathematics from Arizona State University. Additionally, Victoria has a Professional Certificate in Quantum Computing from MIT xPRO.
