D1 TRAINING
Isobel Hensley has a diverse range of work experience in the field of coaching and research. In 2023, they worked as a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at D1 TRAINING. Prior to that, in 2022, they were a Middle School Basketball and Softball Coach at Cincinnati Country Day School, and a Fitness Coach at Anytime Fitness. In 2021, they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2020, they worked as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Colorado College, where they conducted research on floral volatiles, optimized protocols, and performed multivariate analysis using Excel and MiniTab Statistical Software. Isobel also gained extensive experience operating mass spectrometers and gas chromatographs. Isobel has ongoing publications in progress regarding their research at both Colorado College and D1 TRAINING.
Isobel Hensley completed their high school education from Cincinnati Country Day School from 2014 to 2018, earning a High School Diploma. Isobel then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Colorado College, which they completed from 2018 to 2021. Isobel's education further extended to Virginia Commonwealth University, where they are currently enrolled in pursuit of a Master of Science degree in Forensic Chemistry, starting from 2021 with an ongoing status.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Isobel has obtained several certifications. Isobel became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine in August 2022. Isobel also obtained certification as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor through the Intuitive Eating PRO Skills Training in March 2023. Isobel holds a certification in Heartsaver CPR & AED from the American Heart Association, which they obtained in August 2022.

D1 TRAINING
D1 Training is a leading fitness concept that utilizes the five basic tenets of athletic-based training to help people of all ages achieve their sport and fitness goals. All D1 Training locations offer four age-based programs including Rookie (ages 7-11), Developmental (ages 12-14), Prep (ages 15-18), and Adult (ages 18+). Each fitness program is based on the five athletic-based training tenets: dynamic warm-up, performance series, strength program, core and conditioning, and cool down. To ensure athletes are on track to meet sport and fitness goals new workouts are created every eight weeks by D1’s National Training Panel, led by Bartholomew, optimized for desired results. Outside of group workouts, D1 Training offers one-on-one training with world-class coaches which has been utilized by professional and Olympic athletes. D1 Training currently has more than 50 performance centers open with 120 in development, and the brand expects more than 125 locations operating in the next three years.
