At the University of Toronto, Renjie worked as a Thesis Research Assistant, conducting research on Quality Control and Improvement within Manufacturing and Food Industries using Six Sigma tools. Renjie then joined Nestlé as a Business Data Analyst - Machine Learning Research, where they implemented processes for classifying underpayment claims and developed strategies for inventory optimization.
