Sara Donahue

Sara Donahue, MSW, MPH, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in healthcare and social services, currently serving as the Director of Operations at D2 Consulting, LLC since September 2017. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of NICU Family Support Program Coordinator at March of Dimes from September 2007 to August 2017. Additionally, Sara has served in various capacities including Commissioner for the Alexandria Commission for Women, Program Coordinator for the Alexandria Sexual Assault Response and Awareness Program, and Domestic Violence Intervention Specialist for the Alexandria Domestic Violence Intervention Project. Early career experience includes roles as a Family Interviewer for the San Diego Infant Mortality Review Program and a Research Assistant at Georgetown University Medical Center. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Catholic University of America and both a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Health in Health Administration from San Diego State University.
