Erik van Bennekum

Erik van Bennekum started their work experience in 2018 as an Embedded Engineer at Solar Team Eindhoven. Erik then worked as a Student Assistant at Technische Universiteit Eindhoven from May 2019 to November 2019, where they assisted with the development of a master course. In 2019, they also worked as a Back End Developer at NextGear for a brief period. From September 2020 to June 2021, they worked as a Developer at The Things Industries. Currently, they are employed at D2X Group as a Software Engineer, starting in July 2022.

Erik van Bennekum completed their bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, from 2015 to 2020. Prior to this, they attended Pieter Nieuwland College from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a diploma in VWO profiel Natuur & Techniek, which included studies in science, technology, informatics, and economics.

Currently, Erik is pursuing a master's degree in Computer Systems and Networks from Chalmers University of Technology, with an expected completion in 2023. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained "The Things Certified Fundamentals" from The Things Network in February 2021, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven in September 2020, and their diploma in VWO profiel Natuur & Techniek + informatica + economie from Pieter Nieuwland College in June 2015.
