Casey Pierce has worked in various roles since 2005, starting with a Product Design Intern at Indiana Marine Products. In 2007, they became a Quality Engineer and Warranty Administrator at Altec Industries. From 2008 to 2012, Pierce worked at iwis in various roles, including Manager of Supplier Development - Asia and Design/Quality Engineer. In 2012, they joined Crown Equipment Corporation as a Supplier Quality Engineer II. From 2015 to 2018, Pierce worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer - Project Leader at Wood-Mizer LLC.
