Asuka Kondo is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Design Director at D4V since June 2024, Asuka has also held the position of Design Director at McKinsey & Company since November 2019, where prior roles included Associate Design Director and Senior Designer. Previous experience includes serving as Design Lead at Deloitte Digital from 2017 to October 2019 and holding the role of Communication Design / Creative Director at BBDO Worldwide from 2014 to 2017. Asuka Kondo is equipped with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Curtin University and has further education from Hyper Island.
