Matthew Taylor

Matt Taylor is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in procurement, continuous improvement, and strategic management within the language services and financial sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at DA Languages since September 2018, Matt has led the company through 17 consecutive years of growth in size and reputation. Previously, as Global Director of Procurement and Continual Improvement at thebigword, responsibilities included overseeing the global supply chain for over 1000 clients, managing contracts, and engaging clients on quality and service issues. Matt also held roles such as Continuous Improvement Manager at Direct Line Group, where significant operational efficiencies and revenue increases were achieved. With a BSC Honours degree in Chemistry from the University of Leeds, Matt brings a strong analytical and strategic approach to leadership and organizational development.
