Joe Scharf is the Chief Executive Officer of DBSnapper since January 2021, leading the development of a platform engineering tool that enhances developer productivity and ensures code quality through effective database workload management. Prior roles include Principal at Da Primus Consulting, Chief Technology Officer at Scratch Kitchen, and VP of Product and Operations at Automox. Joe served as Vice President of Engineering, Support, and Head of Support and DevOps at SendGrid, as well as Program Director at TechStars. Earlier experience includes roles as an Embedded Software Engineer at Ball Aerospace and Carrier Access. Joe holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a BS in Computer Science from West Virginia University.
