Compliance and Legal Team

The Compliance and Legal Team at D&A Services ensures that all customer service and debt collection practices adhere to relevant laws and regulations. Led by the Director of Compliance, the team develops and implements policies to mitigate legal risks, conducts audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, and provides training to staff on legal obligations. The Debt Collector Specialist collaborates with the team to resolve disputes and ensure ethical collection practices are maintained.
