Michele Thiel has over two decades of diverse experience in regulatory management, purchasing, and sales coordination. Since July 2003, Michele has served as Regulatory Manager and Management Representative at Daavlin, where responsibilities include leading audits and developing quality management systems in compliance with ISO9001:2015 and ISO13485:2016 standards. Prior to this role, Michele was the Purchasing Manager at Autoform Tool & Mfg., Inc. from 2000 to 2003, ensuring efficient inventory control and timely order fulfillment. Earlier career experience includes work as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Lime-O-Sol Company from 1997 to 2000, where Michele tracked marketing projects and approved promotional discounts. Michele graduated from Edon Northwest High School with a High School Diploma in May 1988.
