María Fernández Gallego

Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, a position held since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous professional experiences include ownership and management at Barbería El Galgo Negro (November 2017 - November 2019), practicing as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office (February 2016 - 2019), and teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school (August 2016 - August 2017). Mariana Aguirre holds a Diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019 - 2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011 - 2015).
