Dawanna Williams is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in development, legal advisory, and strategic management. As a Member of the Board of Directors at ACRES Commercial Realty Corp. since June 2021, Dawanna contributes to governance and strategic oversight. Dawanna founded Dabar Development Partners LLC in September 2003, serving as Managing Principal and Founder, where responsibilities include leading urban development projects, managing strategic acquisitions, and overseeing community engagement, resulting in significant projects awarded by various city departments.
