Co-founder and Supervisory Board at DAC.digital

Marcin Szcześniak has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marcin is currently the CEO at PROHAN sp. z o.o. since October 2018. Prior to this, they co-founded DAC.digital in 2009 and served on the Supervisory Board. At DAC.digital, they played a key role in creating and implementing business development strategies as well as managing key business processes.

In 2011, Marcin co-founded E-Biznes menedżer sp. z o.o. and held the position of co-founder and COO. Marcin was responsible for technology and project team management, focusing on developing and tailoring the company's organizational structure to changes in the market. Additionally, they co-founded Rehabilitatus sp. z o.o. in 2013, where they worked on developing an IT system to support rehabilitation processes. Marcin was involved in gathering requirements, analyzing competition, and collaborating with partners.

Before entering the start-up world, Marcin worked at Pramerica Życie TUiR SA as an IT Systems Analyst from November 2008 to April 2010. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst at Renault Technocentre - Guyancourt from September 2007 to April 2008.

Marcin Szcześniak obtained a Master's Degree in Network Computing from Coventry University in 2006-2007. Prior to that, they also earned a Master's Degree in Telecommunications and Informatics from Gdańsk University of Technology from 2002-2007. In addition to their formal education, Marcin has also obtained several certifications including Business Analysis from George Washington University Certificate, PMI Workshops from Project Management Institute, and Professional Scrum Master from scrum.org.
