Keny Lau Li has been working in the field since 2015, when they started as a Freelance Graphic Designer. In 2019, they joined Carry Telecom as a Technical Support Representative. In 2021, they moved to SysAid Technologies Ltd. and held the roles of Senior Customer Support Engineer and Customer Support Engineer. Currently, they are an Application Support Engineer at dacadoo.
Keny Lau Li has completed an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician from Seneca College from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they had completed a Diploma in Applied Science and Technology from Seneca College from 2014 to 2015.
