Yanko Peyankov

Yanko Peyankov has a long history of experience in the IT industry. In 2010, they began working for Hewlett-Packard as an IT Process Lead. In 2015, they moved to DXC Technology as a Service Manager and Portfolio Lead. From 2017 to 2020, they worked for Mettler-Toledo International, Inc as an IT Process and Project Expert, where they managed IT engineering services and projects, drove operational excellence, and defined and implemented a Lean program to minimize waste. Since 2020, they have been working as a Technical Account Manager for dacadoo.

Yanko Peyankov has a diverse educational background. In 2019, they obtained a CAS in Applied Information Technology from ETH Zürich. From 2012 to 2015, they earned a Master's Degree from the New Bulgarian University. From 2006 to 2010, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics from the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics. Yanko also holds a number of certifications, including Lean IT Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice (2018), ITIL v3.0 Continual Service Improvement from EXIN (2016), Agile Software Development from Software University (2016), ITIL v3.0 Service Offerings & Agreements from AXELOS Global Best Practice (2016), Cloud Computing from IEEE (2015), ITIL v3.0 Release, Control & Validation from AXELOS Global Best Practice (2015), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Hewlett-Packard (2013), ITIL v3.0 Operational Support & Analysis from EXIN (2013), and ITIL v3.0 Foundation from EXIN.
